This is your chance to experience parts of the Miami Speed Triathlon amazing course – for free! Join us Sunday, July 10 for a free swim clinic followed by a bike ride inside and out of the track. The clinic is sponsored by TriJungle, and will be led by professional multisport coaches. • proof of current USAT membership will be required, otherwise please bring $10 cash to cover your one-day USAT license – this is an USAT Sanctioned activity.

As a sponsor, Trijungle’s group of triathletes and triathlon coaches will create a series of pre-race clinics all oriented to help the athletes perform their best. For information about the clinics will be posted here soon.

The decision of moving the event date was thoroughly thought out with the support of several local triathlon clubs. We both believe the new date will bring positive benefits to the sport in general – resulting in an even better experience for you, the athlete.

Any athletes who have already registered for the Miami Speed Triathlon and have a conflict with the new scheduled date will be eligible for a refund of their registration fee or opt to have their entries deferred to 2012. Additionally, athletes who are already registered and would still like to compete in the August event will receive a special bonus gift in their race bag.

Registered athletes wishing to receive a refund should complete this form to receive instructions. If you already registered and the new date creates no scheduling conflict, then no action is required. If you want to defer your entry for 2012, simply send us an email by clicking on the contact link above. Refund requests will be honored if received by March 30. After the deadline, entries will be automatically deferred to the August date.

The Florida Dept of Health has tested the water where the swimming will take place and has confirmed the water to be GOOD.
The FDH tests the water for Fecal Coliform and Enterococci levels. Results vary between GOOD, MODERATE, and POOR. This means that the water where the swimming will take place for the Miami Speed Triathlon is satisfactory and meets all safety levels established by the State. Monthly tests will be performed until leading up to the event.
