SPRINT & OLYMPIC SWIM COURSE
In this lake, famous race car drivers have been known for going for a swim to relax after a race. Being 40ft to 60ft deep, this lake is connected to surrounding subterrain aquifers, which keeps the lake water flowing and clean. Tested regularly by the Florida Health Dept, this water has been found to be safe and in good quality for swimming. Get ready for a super fast and clear swim – one loop for Sprint athletes (0.46mi/750 meters) and two loops for Olympic (0.9mi/1500 meters). Olympic athletes will have to step on timing mat before starting second loop.
